No action shall be instituted relating to the stories, documents, and Hluttaw records revealed by the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw or below its authority. 87. If a consultant of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw is, with out permission of the Speaker of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, absent from sessions of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw for a period of not less than 15 consecutive days, the Speaker shall inform the Hluttaw involved to take motion in opposition to the representative according to the prescribed procedures.

102. The Bills, which are to be mentioned and resolved exclusively on the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw must be vetted earlier than being discussed at the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, these Bills shall be vetted jointly by the Pyithu Hluttaw Bill Committee and the Amyotha Hluttaw Bill Committee, and the findings and remarks of the Joint Committee together with the Bill could also be submitted to the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw session in accord with the prescribed procedures. 95. (a) If a Bill initiated in the Pyithu Hluttaw or the Amyotha Hluttaw is accredited by both Hluttaws, it shall be deemed that the Bill is authorised by the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw. 89. The proceedings and the data of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw shall be printed. However, the proceedings and the records prohibited by any legislation or the decision of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw shall not be published. 69. The President and the Vice-Presidents shall obtain the emoluments, allowances and insignia of office as prescribed by legislation. 70. Except in the case of elimination from workplace following impeachment, the President and the Vice-Presidents shall get pleasure from pension and appropriate allowances on retirement in accord with the regulation after the expiry of the term of office.
